Shiningly Loved

Laughter in the sun’s sweet rain.
Of grass and sky,
And even all clouds cannot block the light.
Kisses… in the twilight,
Lighting me from the inside.
Then such magic,
Of fire and song…
Night stars caught in the branches of trees,
Your warm whispered words on my skin,
Kisses… in the darkness,
Firing desire to hold you closer,
And never let go.
As the minutes- no, hours!- flow past,
Until I am alone
Lying in wait for sleep
Tingling still where you touched me
Glowing still.  I of the
Shiningly loved.
Kisses… in my dreams,
Bringing me closer to tomorrow…
And I just…
