in your absence –
really in it
I feel your breath as though
your pillow was mine,
next to me,
I miss the warmth of you next to me.
But I feel your prescence,
or feel my own prescence where you are
and know
You are thinking of me.

Sometimes I feel fallen,
but always
I feel your thoughts alight
on my eyes
